Atlanta TreeWorks provides information about tree care services and lead / estimate tools for properties in and around Metro Atlanta, GA. Work may be performed by Atlanta TreeWorks crews or by an assigned local partner under the brand program for your area.

Instant Estimate ranges and any online pricing guidance are ballpark figures based on the details you provide. They are not final binding quotes. Final pricing is confirmed after we review photos, site access, tree condition, permits, equipment needs, and other job factors.

Submitting an estimate request does not guarantee availability, same-day service, or acceptance of every job.

Actual tree work is subject to a confirmed scope, schedule, weather, access, safety conditions, and any written work order or agreement provided before or at the job. Emergency response is prioritized by hazard level and may include after-hours rates.

You agree to provide accurate contact and property information, disclose known hazards when possible, and ensure authorized access to the work area at the scheduled time.

You are responsible for securing permissions from HOAs, neighbors, or property managers when required for work on the property.

You may not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, scrape it in an abusive way, submit spam or false lead information, or use the site for unlawful purposes.

Site content, branding, logos, and design elements are owned by Atlanta TreeWorks or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission, except for personal, non-commercial viewing of the site.

The website and Instant Estimate tools are provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that online information is always complete for every property situation. Tree work involves inherent risks; professional evaluation on site may change recommended scope.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website or estimate tools. Liability related to performed field work is governed by the applicable work agreement, insurance, and law.

How we handle personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the site, you also acknowledge that policy.

We may update these Terms periodically. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of GA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in GA shall have exclusive jurisdiction for disputes arising from website use, except where prohibited by law.
